Palladium Moldova – RfP for Event Planning and Logistics Services
Palladium International LLC Delaware – Chișinău Branch, under the America First Global Health Strategy – Palladium (AFGHS-P) Project, funded by the United States Department of State, invites qualified companies legally registered in the Republic of Moldova to submit proposals for event planning and logistics services.
Palladium seeks to establish one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements to support project workshops, training sessions, stakeholder consultations, coordination meetings, and other activities in Chișinău and across the Republic of Moldova.
Services include venue arrangements, catering, printing and materials, interpretation and translation, accommodation, transportation, and on-site coordination and technical support. Services will be requested on an as-needed basis through 31 August 2027.
