TENDERE, ACHIZIȚII ȘI CONTRACTĂRI ÎN MOLDOVA

The German Development Cooperation (GIZ) is announcing a tender for the procurement, delivery and assembled of Furniture for Elderly and Disabled People Centres (addresses: Cocieri village/Dubasari rayon; Saratenii Vechi village/Telenesti rayon; and Bulboaca village/ Anenii Noi rayon) within the Project: “Supporting Moldovan communities in hosting Ukrainian refugees.

To request the technical specifications and for clarifications regarding the tender, the interested companies shall contact the e-mail address tenders-giz-moldova@giz.de,  indicating the tender number in the message title. For any clarifications, contact the same e-mail address but not later than than 30.10.2026.

Interested bidders are required to submit the following set of documents:

• Offer (duly signed and stamped), calculated in MDL at 0% VAT with duly described technical specifications of the proposed items as required by Annex 1;
• Certificates of origin for the goods offered;
• Contact information for the bidder and responsible person;
• Bank data including bank name, bank code and IBAN MDL;
• Copy of company registration certificate (registration in the Republic of Moldova), as well as other related licenses and permissions.

Offers may be prepared in English or Romanian.

All personal data are for the internal use of GIZ; confidentiality guaranteed.

Applications must be submitted electronically to MD_Quotation@giz.de not later than (03.11.2026), time 17:00. The subject of the e-mail must always state the tender number (10063728). The application must be submitted in one (1) e-mail including one (1) zip folder: TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND FINANCIAL OFFER FOR EACH ITEM -  (10063728).

Please note that applications received after the deadline, as well as incomplete applications will not be considered. Financial offers containing other currency than Moldovan Lei, will not be considered. GIZ retains the discretion to re-advertise or cancel this tender.
