PADEM: RfQ - Service Provider for Women Deputies’ Istanbul Convention Oversight

The Strengthening Parliamentary Democracy in Moldova (PADEM) project, funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and implemented by DAI Global Belgium, is issuing a Request for Quotations related to the procurement of services for Supporting the Parliamentary Women Platform in Conducting Parliamentary Oversight on the Implementation of Normative Acts Aligned with the Istanbul Convention.

The bidders are invited to present their bids, including the technical and the financial offer, until 05 November 2026, Thursday, COB to the email Anastasia_Patrashko@dai.com .

Prices must be comprehensive and must be presented in EUR, taking into consideration that PADEM is subject to VAT 0%.
