TENDERE, ACHIZIȚII ȘI CONTRACTĂRI ÎN MOLDOVA

United Nations Development Programme, hereinafter referred to as UNDP, hereby invites prospective proposers to submit a proposal for Provision of physical security services in the UN House building located at 131, 31 August 1989 street, Chisinau city, in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in Request for Quotation no. RfQ26/03378.

The competition goal is for the selected security service provider to provide professional security and protection services for the personnel, premises, and assets of the United Nations Development Programme and other UN agencies operating from the UN House in Moldova during December 2026 - December 2027.

To support Bidders during the submission period, a Pre-Bid Conference shall be conducted as follows:
- Time and time zone: 10:00 AM (Moldova time / GMT+2)
- Date: 20 October 2026
- Venue: UN House Conference Room, 131, 31 August 1989 street

Interested bidders should register for the conference. To facilitate the registration, prospective bidders are required to send the names and email addresses of their authorized representatives using the "Messages" section in Quantum no later than 19 October 2026. In case bidders face any technical difficulties with Quantum platform, they shall send the above-mentioned information to the following email address: sc.md@undp.org.
