TENDERE, ACHIZIȚII ȘI CONTRACTĂRI ÎN MOLDOVA

Tender no 7000024852 for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Modular Containers for Heating Systems (Biomass Boilers) for Beneficiaries of the MREEF Financial Product, “Energy Efficiency of Individual Houses in Rural Households with Extreme Energy Vulnerability”

The German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) is seeking to contract a company for the supply, delivery, and installation of up to 14 modular containers intended for the installation of heating systems (biomass boilers) within the Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energies for Moldova (E4M) project.

The modular containers will be installed at different locations across the Republic of Moldova.

Depending on site access conditions, the containers may be delivered pre-assembled or assembled directly on site. The list of locations is provided in Annex 2.

The supplied containers shall comply with the Technical Specifications and the attached Technical Drawing (Annex 1).

Interested bidders are required to submit the following set of documents:

• Offer (duly signed and stamped), calculated in MDL at 0% VAT
• Unit price per modular container and total price for 14 units;
• Transport cost per 1 km, quoted separately;
• Installation/assembly costs, where applicable, shall be quoted separately;
• Certificates of origin for the goods offered;
• Short description/overview of the company experience and qualification;
• Contact information for the bidder and responsible person;
• Bank data including bank name, bank code and IBAN MDL;
• Copy of company registration certificate (registration in the Republic of Moldova), as well as other related licenses and permissions;
• No-debt certificate from the Moldovan State Inspection or copy of the latest financial report.

The company is expected to meet the following requirements:  

• Capacity to supply the required quantity in accordance with the technical specifications;
• Ability to provide a minimum 24-month warranty for the supplied containers.

Applications shall be submitted in a sealed envelope to the GIZ country office - Chisinau, 73/1 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Bvd., National Business Center, 9^th floor - indicating the tender number 7000024852, not later than 22.10.2026, 15:00 Chisinau local time.

Please note that applications received after the deadline, as well as incomplete applications will not be considered. Financial offers containing other currency than Moldovan Lei, will not be considered. GIZ retains the discretion to re-advertise or cancel this tender.
