PADEM project - Request for Quotations – Service Provider to Conduct an Ex-Ante Analysis on Preventing the Separation of the Child from the Family
The Strengthening Parliamentary Democracy in Moldova (PADEM) project, funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and implemented by DAI Global Belgium, is issuing a Request for Quotations related to the procurement of services to Conduct an Ex-Ante Analysis on Preventing the Separation of the Child from the Family.

The bidders are invited to present their bid, including the technical and the financial offer, until 30 September 2026, Wednesday, COB to the email Anastasia_Patrashko@dai.com .
Prices must be comprehensive and must be presented in EUR, taking into consideration that PADEM is subject to VAT 0%.
