
The German Development Cooperation through GIZ is looking for a service provider to conduct Digital Maturity Assessments, develop individual Digital Transformation Road Map Strategies, and design and implement a practical digital tool for selected SMEs in the transport and logistics sector in the Republic of Moldova.
The services are tendered for the needs of the project “Strengthening sustainable and digital trade routes and logistics concepts between Eastern Partnership countries and with the EU” (EasTnT), commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by GIZ.
Eligible applicants must be public or private legal entities, associations, or members thereof, established and registered in Republic of Moldova in accordance with the national legal framework, and must be members of a local European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH), approved by the European Commission, or demonstrate a formal partnership with such an EDIH for the implementation of this assignment.
This requirement reflects the specific objectives of the EasTnT project, which foresees the use of the EDIH approach to support the digital transformation of SMEs. The involvement of an EDIH member or a formally associated EDIH partner ensures access to relevant technical know-how, tested methodologies, specialised networks and practical experience required to support SMEs in the transport and logistics sector.
The selected company will conduct all the activities in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference (ToR).

Bids evaluation will be performed based on the ratio 70% for the technical bid and 30% for the financial bid.
