Contract Title: Supply and installation of the following ICT equipment for the following final beneficiaries:

Lots 1-3: ICT equipment (10 PCs, A3 printer, an interactive table) for Agro-industrial College from Ungheni;

Lot 4: An Interactive touchscreen display panel for Agro-industrial College “Gheorghe Raducan” from Grinauti

Lot 5: Six laptops for the Technical Agricultural College from Soroca

Lot 6: A smart TV with a stand for the Technical Agricultural College from Svetlai

1. The Republic of Moldova has received financing from the European Investment Bank toward the

         cost of the Fruit Garden Project (in amount of 120mln EUR), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for “Supply and installation of ICT equipment for the final beneficiaries- Agricultural Colleges from Ungheni, Grinauti, Soroca and Svetlai. All the goods are procured within the INVESTMENTS IN INFRASTRUCTURE component of the “Fruit Garden of Moldova” Project.

2.      The implementing agency/Purchaser - Consolidated Unit for Implementing and Monitoring the Wine Sector Restructuring Program (UCIMPRSVV) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply of ICT equipment, to be supplied and fully installed in the study rooms of the following final beneficiaries, located in Moldova: Agro-industrial Colleges from Ungheni and Grinauti, Technical Agricultural Colleges from Soroca and Svetlai . Supply and installation period is up to 60 days from contract award date. The Bidder must bid for 100% of requested items per each Lot.

3.      Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4.      Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and/or request an electronic copy of the bidding documents from UCIMPRSVV by sending an official written request to the: office@winemoldova.md. The Bidding Documents are provided free of charge (in electronic format) and shall be sent via e-mail, upon written request (to the email mentioned above).

5.    Bidders Qualification Requirements:

(i)  Experience and Technical Capacity

The Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence to demonstrate that it meets the following experience requirement(s):

a) It should have been in operation for a minimum period of (past) 3 years being an: ICT equipment supply and installation company. Certificate of registration or/and Extract to be submitted.

b) The Bidder shall demonstrate that it has successfully completed at least 3 (three) similar complexity/magnitude contracts (for each Lot) of similar goods, in the past 3 years (2025, 2024, 2023). Copies of contracts or fiscal bills to be submitted.

Note: this documentary evidence MUST be presented together with the bidding documents.

at or before 13.00 (MD time), August 21, 2026. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.  Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address above-mentioned at 13.00 (MD time), August 21, 2026.
