The International Development Law Organization (IDLO) is an intergovernmental organization exclusively devoted to promoting the rule of law. Established in 1983, IDLO works globally to enable governments and empower people to reform laws and strengthen institutions to promote peace, justice, sustainable development, and economic opportunity. IDLO operates from its Headquarters in Rome, with offices worldwide, including a Country Office in Moldova.

As part of its operational needs in Moldova, IDLO invites interested companies to participate in an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the establishment of Framework Agreements for the provision of hotel accommodation, conference, printing, transport, and translation services in different areas of the Republic of Moldova.

Deadline: 30 July 2026
Time: 15:00 (Rome, Italy local time) / 16:00 (Chisinau, Moldova local time)

Interested companies are invited to submit their bids in accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions set out in the ITB document. Bids that do not comply with the requirements of the ITB may be rejected.
