East Europe Foundation (EEF) invites qualified, independent, and licensed audit companies to submit proposals for the provision of audit, expenditure verification, and agreed-upon procedures services for the period 2026–2028. The contract will cover the annual audit of EEF’s financial statements, as well as audits and expenditure verification of donor-funded projects.

Submission deadline: 5 August 2026, 17:00 (Chisinau time).

Proposals should be submitted electronically to concurs@eef.md with the subject line "EEF Audit Services 2026–2028".
