UNICEF Moldova Country Office invites interested companies to submit their bids for:
Event Management Support for organization of four training sessions for professionals from social, health and education sectors, Chisinau, July and September 2026
Qualified companies are invited to submit their proposals by email at chisinautenders@unicef.org, with RFQ number LRQS-2026-9204982 in the email subject line.
Application deadline: 16 July 2026, 23:59 (EEST)

The bidders shall consider the following RFQ conditions:
- One e-mail for price quotation and other relevant technical information
- Quotation Form filled and signed. (Pages 2-4) (By answering YES to the Declaration statements it means the company has NOT been charged with actions listed, and vice-versa).
- All quotation documents included in the submission email, no external links.
- Emailed submissions are clearly marked with the RFQ number: LRQS-2026-9204982 in the email subject line.
- Validity period of the quotation - at least 120 days.
- Proposal sent to the official tender e-mail address: chisinautenders@unicef.org, no other UNICEF e-mails in cc
