UNICEF Moldova Country Office invites interested companies to submit their bids for:

Provision of event management services to support the organization of the Training of primary school teachers for the provision of Accelerated Learning Program, Chisinau, 12 - 14 August and 17 - 19 August 2026

Qualified companies are invited to submit their proposals by email at chisinautenders@unicef.org, with RFQ number LRQS-2026-9204771 in the email subject line.

Application deadline: 06 July 2026, 23:59 (EEST)

The bidders shall consider the following RFQ conditions:

- One e-mail for price quotation and other relevant technical information
- Quotation Form filled and signed. (Pages 2-4) (By answering YES to the Declaration statements it means the company has NOT been charged with actions listed, and vice-versa).
- All quotation documents included in the submission email, no external links.
- Emailed submissions are clearly marked with the RFQ number: LRQS-2026-9204771 in the email subject line.
- Validity period of the quotation - at least 120 days.
- Proposal sent to the official tender e-mail address: chisinautenders@unicef.org, no other UNICEF e-mails in cc

Bidders are required to submit any questions in respect of this RFQS by email to Radu Bradescu at rbradescu@unicef.org
