The Strengthening Parliamentary Democracy in Moldova (PADEM) project, funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and implemented by DAI Global Belgium, is issuing a Request for Quotations related to the procurement of services for Strengthening Parliamentary Research Capacity.

The bidders are invited to present their bid, including the technical and the financial offer, until 30th of June 2026, Tuesday, COB to the email Hanna_KuulaVerbaan@dai.com .

Prices must be comprehensive and must be presented in CHF (Swiss Francs), taking into consideration that PADEM is subject to VAT 0%.
