The German Development Cooperation through GIZ is looking for a qualified service provider to deliver event logistics and technical production services for the Moldova Digital Summit 2026 (MDS 2026), within the framework of several GIZ-supported projects in Moldova.

The services under this assignment shall be provided during the period May 2026 – June 2026, with the main event taking place on 5–6 June 2026 in Chișinău.

The selected contractor shall perform the assignment in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference (ToR). The assignment covers end-to-end technical production and event logistics services, including pre-event planning, venue setup, technical equipment, on-site support, dismantling, as well as selected accommodation, catering and transportation services related to side events organised by GIZ.

The tenderer shall demonstrate the capacity to provide the requested services in line with the ToR, in particular in the following areas:

• pre-production and coordination with GIZ, event organizers and venue representatives;
• main stage and expo area production, including scenic, lighting, audio and video systems;
• on-site technical staffing and live event operation;
• technical support for workshop/protocol rooms;
• installation, dismantling and handover;
• accommodation, catering and transportation support for designated participants and side events.

The tenderer is required to submit the following:

1. Technical Proposal, containing in a separate document:

• a brief technical-methodological concept describing the tenderer’s strategy for implementing the assignment, the relevant actors and coordination approach, the work steps and operational schedule, and the approach to project management and quality assurance;
• a brief personnel concept, including the proposed Team Leader or principal technical contact and other qualified experts necessary for implementation;
• CVs of the proposed key personnel relevant for the assignment;
• company profile and evidence of relevant experience in comparable event logistics and technical production assignments.

2. Financial Proposal, containing in a separate document:

The financial proposal is to be submitted strictly in accordance with the provided Price Schedule template, with VAT 0% and values expressed in MDL

The tender will be evaluated in accordance with the requirements set out in the tender dossier and ToR. Tenderers are requested to submit only one coherent technical proposal corresponding to the technical-methodological and personnel requirements of the assignment. The contract to be concluded will be a contract for works/services on a lump-sum basis.

Applications shall be submitted in a sealed envelope to the GIZ country office – Chișinău, 73/1 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Bvd., National Business Center, 9th floor, indicating the tender number, not later than  06.05.2026, time 15:00

Please note that applications received after the deadline, as well as incomplete applications, will not be considered. Financial offers submitted in a currency other than Moldovan Lei (MDL) will not be considered. GIZ retains the right to cancel the tender procedure or to repeat the procurement process.
