Invitation for the experts and companies to submit offers for the Final Program Review
Diakonie ACT Austria/Brot für die Welt and Moldovan Christian Aid (MCA), acting as local implementing partners, signed a cooperation agreement to implement the project “Acting together! Local community engagement protects older people from poverty and loneliness” in five villages in the Donduseni district in Northern Moldova. The project is funded by the Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC) and Brot für die Welt/Diakonie ACT Austria. The project is implemented from 1 October 2023 to 30 September 2026 (36 months).
Project partners invite experts and companies to submit the offers for the Final Program Review. This final review focuses on the project implementation by MCA since October 2023. The review will also assess capacity building in relation to gender mainstreaming and safeguarding, while providing detailed lessons learned for future strategies, approaches and activities. Applications must include the following documentation:
- CVs of all consultants in the team
- A brief description of the consultants, including references (a brief description of references from the last five years, naming the client, the scope and subject of the review or evaluation, and the contract value)
- Work plan (methodology, clear timetable, data collection tools, stakeholder engagement approach)
- Total price (fixed price) for all services under the contract, including all taxes and duties (accommodation, travel etc.). Please note that given the project is VAT exempt, no VAT can be charged; the contractor is responsible for all tax liabilities including VAT.

All tenders must be submitted in electronic format to the following e-mail address: contact@mca.md no later than 05.05.2025, 18.00, Chisinau time.

MCA reserves the right to: request additional documents, cancel the tender if necessary, reject persons/companies that apply after the indicated deadline or do not meet the qualifications required for this tender without being notified. Only selected persons or companies will be contacted.
