1. The Republic of Moldova has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Strengthening Moldova’s Disaster Risk Management and Resilience Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for Purchase of hydrological equipment.
2. The State Hydrometeorological Service, through the Office for External Assistance Programs Management (OEAPM) / Project Implementation Unit (PIU), now invites Quotations for Procurement of drones for monitoring dangerous weather/hydro phenomena in real time as follows:

            Lot 1: UAV LiDAR Surveying & Mapping System (1 unit)

            Lot 2: UAV River and Flood Monitoring System (1 unit)

3. The procurement will be conducted through the Request for Quotations (RFQ) procedure under the national market approach, as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Suppliers as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4. The RFQ in English language may be obtained by interested Suppliers free of charge upon the submission of a written application to the address below. The document will be sent by e-mail.

5. Your price quotation in the form attached in PDF format shall be submitted electronically to the following email: proiecte@ogpae.gov.md before 17:30 local time of May 05, 2026.
