United Nations Development Programme, hereinafter referred to as UNDP, through its „Resilient Communities through Women Empowerment, Phase 2” (ResCom2) Project, hereby invites prospective proposers to submit a quotation for Study Visit in Romania for Partner Localities involved in Implementing Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plans (SECAPs) under the ResCom2 Project in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Terms of Reference as set out in Request for Quotation RfQ26/03241.
