Fryshuset is a Sweden-based non-profit organisation working both nationally and internationally with and for young people, promoting empowerment, peacebuilding, inclusion, and participation. As part of its multi-country programme, Driven by Passions: Young People Leading Change 2025 – 2028, funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) under the Civil Society Strategy 2025–2029, Fryshuset collaborates with local partner organisations across several countries. Organisation assessments are carried out by external auditors in the country where the organisation is based.
The organisation to be reviewed is the Institute for Rural Initiatives (iRi), a non-governmental and non-profit organization that promotes the socio-economic development of rural communities in the Republic of Moldova (www.iri.md).
This ToR outlines the framework for engaging an independent external auditor to lead the assessment process using the checklist provided in Annex B, Partner Organisation Assessment Checklist.
