NATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER Tender Ref. No. T/67GLN/YG3/MULTI/CHS/INFRA/13-01-2026 ACTED, implementing the project “Winsmeta Cost Estimation Support” UNHCR’s funding is inviting suppliers of services to submit offers for all the deliverables of the lot for the following consultancy:
The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address(es): - ACTED representative office in str. Kogalniceanu 12, mun. Chişinău 2001, Moldova Or requested by email through moldova.tender@acted.org Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or to the bidding documents. A pre-tender information session will be organized on 22/01/2026 at 2:00 PM in ACTED representative office in str. Kogalniceanu 12, mun. Chişinău 2001, Moldova. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory. The meeting will also be held remotely online, bidders must contact Acted Moldova via the tender email to request to be added to this meeting before 22/01/2026. All bids must be submitted before the 03/02/2026 at 2:00PM at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to Moldova.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids or unsealed envelope will be automatically rejected. ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED. A tender opening session will take place on 03/02/2026 at 2:00 PM in the ACTED representative office in str. Kogalniceanu 12, mun. Chişinău 2001, Moldova.
