Women's Democracy Network (WDN) launches a call for service providers to support the digital and educational component of the project “Women4Peace – Facilitating Dialogue Across Divides”
Purpose of the call
WDN seeks to contract a qualified service provider or a team of experts to design, develop, implement, and maintain an educational and coordination platform aimed at strengthening women’s capacities in advocacy, peacebuilding, and dialogue facilitation in divided contexts.
Scope of services
The required services include, but are not limited to:
- Design, development, and maintenance of advocacy and peacebuilding training content;
- Development and maintenance of an online platform for coordination and communication among participants;
- Design, production, and maintenance of blended learning content, including:
- online training modules;
- discussion groups / thematic forums;
- an online resource library;
- Development of learning materials for the online platform, enabling participants to access and effectively use the developed resources within a blended learning format;
- Provision of online safety assistance, including guidance and support for digital protection of participants and the platform.
Service provider profile
Eligible organizations, companies, or teams of experts should demonstrate:
- Relevant experience in developing online educational platforms;
- Expertise in peacebuilding, advocacy, gender equality, and/or adult education;
- Technical capacity to ensure ongoing maintenance and support;
- Experience working with international organizations or donor-funded projects is considered an asset;
- Certification in “I Know Gender” and “Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (PSEAH)” is considered an advantage.
