1. The Republic of Moldova has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Strengthening Moldova’s Disaster Risk Management and Resilience Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for Procurement of Special Vehicles (3 lots).
2. The State Hydrometeorological Service now invites Quotations for supply of special vehicles as follows:

Lot 1: 4-door Off-Road Vehicle with bed (2 units)

Lot 2: SUV (2 units)

Lot 3: Minibus-style Van (1 unit)

3. The procurement will be conducted through the Request for Quotations (RFQ) procedure under the national market approach, as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4. The RFQ in English language may be obtained by interested Bidders free of charge upon the submission of a written application to the address below. The document will be sent by e-mail.

5. Your price quotation in the form attached in PDF format shall be submitted electronically to the following email: achizitii.proiecte@ogpae.gov.md before 17:30 local time of December 24, 2025.
