Tender no. 83490129 for contracting services of logistical support offered to Diaspora Relations Bureau in organizing the Diaspora Days 2025

 The German Development Cooperation through GIZ is seeking to contract an entity or a consortium of entities to provide logistical services to Diaspora Relations Bureau in organizing the Diaspora Days 2025, within the Policy Advisory Fund project. The services within the assignment will be provided in August 2025.

The selected company will conduct all the activities in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference (ToR).

For the Terms of Reference (ToR) and eventual questions, please address a message to the

e-mail: tenders-giz-moldova@giz.de indicating the tender number in the message title, not later than     June 13, 2025, 15:00 Chisinau local time.

The tender is open to legally registered private companies established and operating in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

Eligible applicants must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of experience in organizing large-scale, high-visibility public events involving multiple components such as conference coordination, audiovisual production, technical installations, and stakeholder engagement. The service provider should have the proven capacity to deliver complex logistical assignments, particularly within institutional and governmental contexts.

Experience in delivering services for government institutions, international development partners, or public-facing events in Chișinău will be considered a strong asset.

The successful application shall include:

1. Technical Proposal, containing (in a separate envelope):

  • Company / organization profile. Description of relevant implemented projects (at least 3 in the last 3 years) including photographic visualisation; 
  • A concept describing how the Offeror intends to carry out the activities described in the ToR;
  • Brief outline of team composition and CVs of proposed staff to be involved in carrying out the activities according to described requirements;
  • Copy of the offeror’s registration certificate in the Republic of Moldova;
  • Copy of the latest financial report.

2. Financial Proposal, containing (in a separate envelope):

  • Financial offer shall include a breakdown of amounts for the deliverables required under point 3 of the ToR, as well as the total budget expressed in MDL, VAT 0.

All personal data are for the internal use of GIZ; confidentiality is guaranteed.

 

Bid’s evaluation will be performed based on the ratio 70% for the technical proposal and 30% for the financial offer. Shortlisted applicants might be asked for an interview and additional information.

Applications shall be submitted in a sealed envelope to the GIZ country office – Chisinau, 73/1 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Bvd., National Business Center, 9th floor – indicating the tender number 83490129, not later than June 17, 2025, 15:00 Chisinau local time.

Please note that applications received after the deadline, as well as incomplete applications will not be considered. Financial offers containing other currency than Moldovan Lei, will not be considered. GIZ retains the discretion to re-advertise or cancel this tender.
