The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in Moldova is seeking under the Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energies for Moldova (E4M) project a local firm to provide a study that will identify and recommend eligible household appliances for potential inclusion in upcoming rounds of the EcoVoucher Programme. The main services within the assignment will be provided in the period between June - August 2025. The selected firm will conduct all the activities in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference (ToR).

For the Terms of Reference (ToR) and eventual questions, please address a message to the e-mail: tenders-giz-moldova@giz.de, indicating the tender number in the message title, not later than June 5, 2025; 15:00 Chisinau local time.
The successful application shall include:
- Technical Proposal, containing (in a separate document):
- CV of expert team according to ToR requirements
- Technical-methodological concept for the services offered
- Profile of the company
- Copy of the company registration certificate in the Republic of Moldova
- Annexes as per chapter III., Pt. 1 of the TOR
- Financial Proposal, containing (in a separate document):
- Financial offer with a breakdown of the amounts based on the number of days per expert required under chapter II., Pt. 2 of the ToR, as well as the total budget expressed in MDL, VAT 0%.
All personal data for the internal use of GIZ only; confidentiality is guaranteed.
Applications shall be submitted in a sealed envelope to the GIZ country office – Chisinau, 73/1 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Bvd., National Business Center, 9th floor – indicating the tender number 83489636, not later than 09.06. 2025, 15:00 Chisinau local time.
Please note that applications received after the deadline, as well as incomplete applications will not be considered. Financial offers containing other currency than Moldovan Lei, will not be considered. GIZ retains the discretion to re-advertise or cancel this tender.
