Call for tender - consultancy services in the areas of prison management, rehabilitation of offenders, probation, provision of health care in prisons and treatment of patients in psychiatric institutions

The Council of Europe is launching a competitive bidding procedure for local consultancy services to be provided within the Project “Further srengthening the prison and probation systems, provision of health care and treatment of patients in closed institutions in the Republic of Moldova”.
In this context, the Council of Europe is inviting potential providers to apply and submit their offers for the provision of consultancy services in the areas of prison management, rehabilitation of offenders, probation, provision of health care (including mental health care) in prisons and treatment of patients in psychiatric institutions (including forensic patients) in accordance with the attached documents.
