A tender is being announced for the procurement of a "Multiparametric System for Monitoring Abiotic Environmental Factors in Water", as well as "Consumables for Molecular and Biochemical Analyses". The purchased equipment and materials must be fully equipped, operational, and compliant with the technical specifications established within the "SturNet - BSB 00172" project, ensuring adherence to the performance and functionality requirements set by the funding program.
Activity within the project "Network for the Conservation of Sturgeons and the Sustainability of the Black Sea Basin Ecosystem", co-financed by the European Union under the Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Program.
In accordance with the requirements of the "SturNet" project, the Cahul Ecological Consulting Center requests offers for the purchase of this equipment, which will be used within the activity 1 of the project.
The equipment delivery date will be mutually agreed upon by both parties following the signing of the contract with the selected supplier.
Delivery location: Cahul, Republic of Moldova.
Offer details:
Offers will contain the following documents:
- The detailed technical documentation, including the description of the proposed equipment and its compliance with the technical requirements.
- The financial offer, expressed in Euros, for the purchase of the complete system and the necessary consumables.
- The capacity to deliver the equipment must be fully functional according to the technical specifications.
Criteria for evaluation of offers:
- The offer will be evaluated on the basis of the following criteria: compliance with the technical specifications, the price offered and the terms of delivery.
Payment for services:
Payment will be made by bank transfer in MDL according to the conditions stipulated in the purchase contract signed between the Cahul Ecological Consulting Center and the selected supplier.
Method of submission of offers:
- Offers will be submitted by March 9, 2025 at 5:00 p.m., by email to the address: cce_cahul@yahoo.com, with the reference Tender - "Tender - Multiparametric System and Consumables for Molecular and Biochemical Analyses".
