REQUEST FOR QUOTES (RFQ)   

The Comunitatea Mea (CM) program, administered by the International Research & Exchanges Board Washington D.C., Chisinau Branch (IREX) and funded by United States Agency for International Development (USAID), invites Bidders to submit quotes for the procurement of the sports equipment for Physical Therapy at the CREDO Center for young people with physical and mental disabilities in Singerei town per the requirements stated in this solicitation.

SCOPE OF WORK  (SOW) 

Under this SOW, IREX/Comunitatea Mea Program proposes to select a Bidder/Contractor for the procurement of the mentioned goods/equipment/ accessories and services (please see Table 1 below).  

The Singerei Mayoralty is the direct beneficiary of the project (hereinafter referred to as the beneficiary). The selected Contractor will execute the project together and with the assistance of representatives from the CREDO Center for young people with physical and mental disabilities in Singerei town (herein after referred to as beneficiary’s representative).
