The German Development Cooperation through GIZ is seeking a service provider for consulting services, capacity development and establishment of multidisciplinary socio-medical care centre on the left side of Nistru river under the project Supporting Moldovan communities in hosting Ukrainian refugees with its EU co-funded component: “Improvement of cross-Nistru cooperation in primary care sectors“.

The services shall be provided in the period between February 2025 – September 2026 (20 months).

The selected company will implement the assignment in accordance with the Terms of Reference (ToR).

For the Terms of Reference (ToR) and eventual questions, please address a message to the e-mail: tenders-giz-moldova@giz.de, indicating the tender number in the message title, not later than January 10, 2024, 15:00 Chisinau local time.

The company and it’s team should meet the criteria and qualifications specified in the ToR.

The successful application shall include:

1. Technical Offer in a separate envelope (up to 10 pages, excluding annexes), based on ToR requirements, including:

• Brief information on previous performance, describing recent contracts of similar scope and links to working examples.
• Copy of the registration certificate of company issued in the Republic of Moldova.
• Copy of recent accounts (profit and loss account and financial balance sheet for last year) or recent financial statement submitted to the local tax authorities.

2. Financial Proposal in a separate envelope, containing:

• Financial offer shall include a breakdown of gross amounts for the services required in the ToR, as well as the total gross budget expressed in MDL, VAT 0%.

The bid’s evaluation will be performed based on the ratio 70% for the technical proposal and 30% for the financial offer.

Applications shall be submitted in a sealed envelope to the GIZ country office – Chisinau, 73/1 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Bvd., National Business Center, 9^th floor – indicating the tender number 83479110, not later than January 15, 2025, 15:00 Chișinău local time.

Please note that applications received after the deadline, as well as incomplete applications will not be considered. Financial offers containing other currency than Moldovan Lei, will not be considered. GIZ retains the discretion to re-advertise or cancel this tender.
