Readvertised UNICEF RFP 9192909 Institutional consultancy for developing the Programme for accelerated learning of the Romanian language for refugee children

UNICEF Moldova Country Office invites interested companies to submit their proposals for:

Institutional consultancy for developing the Programme for accelerated learning of the Romanian language for refugee children, as per the Terms of Reference included in the RFP document attached.

Qualified companies are invited to submit their proposals by email to chisinautenders@unicef.org, with RFP number LRPS-2024-9192909 in the email subject line.

Application deadline: 19.11.2024, 23:59

The submission shall include the following: 

  •  Separate e-mails for Technical and Price proposals.
  •  Request for Proposals for Services Form filled and signed. (PAGE3-5)
    (By answering YES to the Declaration statements it means you didn't participate in the
    listed actions, by answering NO it means you did participate in the listed actions)
  • Request for Proposals for Services Form included in the Technical Offer
    e-mail.
  • All Technical/Price Offers files included in the email, no external links.
  • Proposals are clearly marked with the RFPS number: LRPS-2024-9192909 in the email
    title.
  • Joint venture/consortium/subcontractor arrangements are addressed in the Technical
    Proposal.
  • Validity period of the proposal- at least 120 days.
  • Proposal sent to the official tender e-mail address: chisinautenders@unicef.org, no
    other UNICEF e-mails in cc.
