To participate to the tender procedure Framework Agreement in cascade for Provision of Catering Services
To whom it might concern,
The “Strategic Communication and Support to Mass‐Media” project funded by the European Union is looking for companies to provide:
- Catering services
Duration of the assignment: June 2024 – December 31, 2025.
Objective: The scope of this Framework Procedure will vary depending on the individual assignments including but not limited to the below:
Provision of Equipment and Personnel
Supply necessary equipment (tableware, heating equipment, table decorations, etc.) and personnel to ensure the provision of food and beverages for high-level events in Chisinau (up to 300 persons) organized by the StratCom project. This includes:
Soft drinks (fresh fruit juice, sodas, etc.)
Coffee and tea selection
Hot and cold snacks
Lunch and dinner meals
Selection of beverages (wines)
Desserts (biscuits, cakes, etc.)
Service Locations
Provide the aforementioned services for events at Europe Café or outside the EU Information Centre in Chisinau, as selected by the StratCom team in Chisinau or outside Chisinau. Equipment and services will be tailored to each event’s concept and agenda, in close consultation with the StratCom team.
Set-Up and Clean-Up
The supplier is responsible for the set-up, service, dismantling, and cleaning of the catering stations as requested.
Professional Personnel
Supply professional personnel as required by the event's concept and flow.
Service Quality
Ensure smooth and efficient service for all events.
Food Quality and Safety
Ensure that all food, whether raw or processed, complies with sanitation standards. The quality presented during food tastings must be maintained throughout the concession term.
Conditions for qualification: official registration (for legal entities), three years of experience.
