Catering services for the Moldova Electronics Forum
The Association of Electronics Companies in Moldova is looking for a company or a consortium of companies to organize Catering services for ”Moldova Electronics Forum 2024”, May 21-22, 2024

The objective of the assignment is to provide catering services during the „Moldova Electronics Forum 2024” and „Embedded Moldova Conference 2024” and serve meals on May 21-22.
The event will take place at Tekwill, Chisinau, Studentilor Street, 9/11.
Duration of the contract: 16.05.2024 – 31.05.2024
The tender is open to private companies, public institutions, non-government organizations, professional associations, or consortia, resident in the Republic of Moldova, established and operating in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. For a consortium, a cooperation agreement should be included in the technical offer.
Proposal content
The proposal package will comprise the following documents in Romanian or English:

Part 1: Technical offer
- Technical offer, that should include the menu.
- Company Portfolio with samples of relevant works,
- Contact data, persons responsible for the assignment implementation and coordination;
- Copy of the Registration Certificate or Decision of the Registration of the company;
Part 2 Financial offer, detailed budget expressed in Moldovan Lei, VAT 0
Bids evaluation will be performed based on the ratio of 70% for the technical offer and 30% for the financial offer.
