Request for Proposal: Online video creative concept and production, OTI Moldova Resilience Initiative

Moldova Resilience Initiative (MRI) implemented by Management Systems International and funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) respectfully requests proposals for detailed concepts to create viral social media video content, as described in the Statement of Work provided in the RFP document.
Place of delivery: Chisinau, Moldova.
We are kindly request you to either apply via MSI online procurement platform Management Systems International, Inc. (sciquest.com) or send us the following documents/information to mri.procurement@msi-inc.com by April 19, 2024, 6PM (Moldova time):
- Description of Organizational Capability and Past Performance – organization/company portfolio (PDF file) with the most recent list of similar video products created; reference letters from 3 clients (incl. emails, phone numbers, responsible persons) during the last 5 years, certifications; other relevant information.
- Detailed Technical Approach – the detailed concept responding to the Statement of Work provided herein.
- Detailed Work Plan.
- Key Personnel Qualifications – the most recent CVs of key personnel, Certificates, other relevant information.
- Detailed financial proposal in MDL, without VAT, inclusive of all costs and must address all requirements stated in the RFP, in line with the Offeror’s Technical Proposal.
