The German Development Cooperation through GIZ is looking for a company to support organizing 1 study visit (approx. 3 days) in the Republic of Moldova. The study visit is planned to take place in Chisinau, Ceadir-Lunga and Orhei, Republic of Moldova in May 2024.
The selected institution will conduct all the activities in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference (ToR).

The objective of this assignment is to support the preparation, implementation, facilitation, and documentation of 1 study visit (approx. 3 days) on implementing Feminist Development Policy in TVET in the Republic of Moldova with focus on women and minorities.
To achieve the objective, the company shall provide the following service:
- Drawing up the study visit agenda for the whole period from 20-22 May 2024. The agenda will include an overview about the situations of minorities in the Republic of Moldova and the challenges that present itself when it comes to the inclusion of vulnerable groups into the VET system and the labour market. Furthermore it shall include presentations from the main stakeholders (GIZ Moldova country office, Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova), representatives of business associations (Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova, Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Tiraspol), NGOs in the field (National Association of Community mediators) visits to VET School in Ceadir-Lunga and companies from Chisinau and Orhei that are implementing dual VET programmes in different economic areas (ex: manufacturing, food processing and production, services etc.).
- Organising logistics for the group according to agenda.
- Coordinating with representatives of selected stakeholders - in Chisinau, Ceadir-Lunga and Orhei - all logistical and content aspects in order to provide the most relevant information and experience in the given field.
- Booking coffee, lunch and dinner breaks for up to 20 participants according to the study visit agenda.
The tender is open to private companies, non-government organizations, professional associations, resident in the Republic of Moldova, established and operating in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
Offers must be prepared in English.
Proposals must be submitted in two parts, consisting of:
- Part 1: Technical offer, that should describe in detail how the Offeror intends to carry out the Term of Reference (ToR) for the development of requested deliverables. (please find details in TOR)
- Part 2: Financial offer, detailed budget expressed in Moldovan Lei, VAT 0.
Bid’s evaluation will be performed based on the ratio 70% for the technical offer and 30% for the financial offer.

Applications shall be delivered in sealed envelopes (physical form), showing the tender number 83461412 and subject on it, to the address of GIZ Office Chisinau (73/1 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Boulevard, NBC building; 9th floor, Chisinau) not later than 29.03.2024 time 15:00.
Please note that applications received after the deadline, as well as incomplete applications will not be considered. Financial offers containing other currency than Moldovan Lei, will not be considered. GIZ retains the discretion to re-advertise or cancel this tender.
