People in Need (PIN) is a Czech non-governmental organization that provides relief aid and development assistance while working to defend human rights and democratic freedom.
PIN is looking for Quotation for video materials and documentaries.
The preferred bidder will be required to enter into a framework agreement of fixed price with one bidder for up to 10 pieces of video materials and documentaries within a period of 12 months.
To submit a valid offer, please send the following documents by e-mail to the following e-mail address tender.moldova@peopleinneed.net :
- Certificate of business registration;
- Signed and stamped RFQ with filled in marked yellow fields;
- Eligibility Sworn Statement.
- Submission of other docs as requested by the TOR

If any of the bidders requires any clarification relating to the offeror, such question should be sent to PIN by e-mail to the following e-mail address tender.moldova@peopleinneed.net.
Communication will be held through e-mail.
Questions could be answered only until 15:00, 29 February 2024. PIN does not guarantee that all questions will be answered.
Tender offers have to be submitted by e-mail to PIN e-mail box tender.moldova@peopleinneed.net before 15:00, 5 March, 2024. Bids received after the closing time and date will not be considered.
