Nathan Associates LLC (Nathan Associates), as prime contractor of the U.S. Agency for International Development-funded project USAID Moldova Institutional and Structural Reforms Activity (MISRA) is seeking technical and cost proposals from eligible firms to Develop a brand book for the logo of the Customs Service in align with Government Decision/Hotararea Guvernului nr. 445 din 12-06-2014, Moldovan Custom Services (MCS).
