Primaria Mea NGO requests offers for an audit

Context:

Primaria Mea NGO invites audit companies to submit offers for the audit of our financial report.

Primaria Mea is a grassroots, non-partisan, and non-political organization dedicated to fostering democratic participation among citizens and politicians in the local decision-making process. Our vision is to create a city that is comfortable, accessible, sustainable, and characterized by transparent and responsible authorities, as well as engaged citizens.

Currently, Primaria Mea NGO is implementing the project Local Advocacy and Citizens' Engagement with financial support from IM Swedish Development Partner Lund Sucursala Chișinău (IM). We are seeking offers to identify a company to audit the financial report submitted to IM for the period March 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023. The audit will be conducted in accordance with ISA 800/805 to determine whether the financial report for 2023 complies with IM's financial reporting instructions as stipulated in the agreement, including its appendices.

Audit Details:

The audit will commence on January 2, 2024, with the presentation of the Audit Report scheduled for January 31, 2024. The detailed Terms of Reference for the audit report can be found here.

Application Process:

Interested companies are invited to submit their offers in English via email to primariamea@gmail.com. The offer should include:

  • Name of the bidder, contact phone, email address, and presentation of the individuals who will be directly involved in auditing the organization.
  • Description of the bidding company, its experience in the field, and justification for selection.
  • A copy of the license for audit activities.
  • Financial offer, specifying the price of audit services (including VAT) and the exact period for conducting the audit, in accordance with the specified deadlines.

The application deadline is December 10, 2023.

The decision regarding the competition will be made by December 15, 2023. Offers not adhering to the conditions in the announcement and the terms of reference will not be considered. No offer can be modified after the deadline for receiving offers.
