Call for tenders for the provision of consultancy services in Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine

The Council of Europe is looking for consultants on gender-informed data collection as well as gender mainstreaming in the justice sector in the framework of the EU/Council of Europe Partnership for Good Governance III regional project “Women’s access to justice: implementing Council of Europe’s gender equality and violence against women standards”.
The purpose of this call is to create a pool of local consultants with knowledge of the Eastern Partnership countries and with the relevant background and work experience in the areas of data collection and research on access to justice and gender mainstreaming in the justice sector, to support the implementation of the project.
Interested candidates are invited to apply as described in the Tender File under the clauses “Tender rules” and “Documents to be provided”.
The deadline for submission of applications is Wednesday, 11 May 2023 at 23:59 CET.
Selected consultants will be contacted on an as-needed-basis.
