The German Development Cooperation through GIZ is looking for an expert able to support the operational team of the webpage dopomoga.gov.md, under the AGE, within its “Strong Businesses and Communities for Moldova” project.

The objective of this assignment is to support the operational team of the webpage dopomoga.gov.md, under the AGE.

To achieve the objective, the expert shall perform the following tasks:

• Update and check the relevant official information and links proposed for the webpage,
• Translate relevant information for the webpage, including information from public institutions and authorities,
• Moderate private announcements about jobs, services, other opportunities,
• Adaptation and publication of relevant information from external resources,
• Creation of new items (incl. web pages, if necessary) and their adaptation,
• Promotion of the platform dopomoga.gov.md in social media, cross-platform messengers, and other sources,
• Other activities related to the achievement of the platform objectives.

The bidder shall fulfil the tasks in close coordination with the GIZ representatives.  

The tender is open to individuals which are residents of the Republic of Moldova.

Offers must be prepared in English. The application shall include:

• detailed CV and cover letter,
• concept note* (maximum 3 pages, a brief outline of the assignment implementation) including:
• expert vision of the current situation
• relevance of the assignment for key involved stakeholders
• main activities and optimal timelines for the proposed assignment,
• methodology and sustainability results.

*The layout of the concept note will form the foundation to develop a comprehensive work plan.

• financial offer including:
• gross (brutto) daily rate in MDL and a total amount per up to 150 workdays of assignment.
• total budget in MDL.

Only costs as per the financial offer are subject to reimbursement.

Bids evaluation will be performed based on the ratio 70% for the technical offer (CV and concept) and 30% for the financial offer.

Please note that applications received after the deadline, as well as incomplete applications will not be considered. Financial offers containing other currency than Moldovan Lei, will not be considered. GIZ retains the discretion to re-advertise or cancel this tender.
