USAID Rural Competitiveness and Resilience Activity (RCRA) is a USAID program implemented by Chemonics International in the Republic of Moldova.
RCRA requires the purchase of as-needed passenger transportation services for the project’s staff and consultants in support of RCRA planned activities in the field (within/outside Chisinau). The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit quotations for these services.
The purpose of this RFQ is to receive quotations for passenger transportation services. Companies are encouraged to submit their offer as per the issued RfQ.

Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their offers are received by Chemonics in accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions described in this RFQ. Failure to adhere with instructions described in this RFQ may lead to disqualification of an offer from consideration.
Offer Submission Deadline: Offers must be received no later than 17:00 local Chisinau time February 10, 2023 by email to MDA-RCRA-Procurement@chemonics.md.
Questions: Questions regarding the technical or administrative requirements of this RFQ may be submitted no later than 17:00 local Chisinau time on February 1, 2023 by email to MDA-RCRA-Procurement@chemonics.md. Questions must be submitted in writing; phone calls will not be accepted. Questions and requests for clarification—and the responses thereto—that Chemonics believes may be of interest to other offerors will be circulated to all RFQ recipients who have indicated an interest in bidding.
