UNFPA solicits a quotation for the services/items: “CxCP-related awareness raising/visibility products to be used within IEC interventions on CxCP”

Deadline: Wednesday, 9 November 2022, 16:30 (Moldova local time)

UNFPA hereby solicits a quotation for the following services/items: “CxCP-related awareness raising/visibility products to be used within IEC interventions on CxCP”. 

UNFPA requires the provision of customized Cervical Cancer Prevention-related awareness-raising/visibility items on which the cervical cancer prevention logo and the UNFPA & RoAid logos will be applied - to support the realization of information & communications interventions aiming to further increase the target population’s awareness and demand for cervical cancer prevention services, adopting a health-seeking behavior.

Quotations shall be submitted in English or Romanian.

Quotations should be submitted in a single e-mail whenever possible, depending on file size. Quotations must contain:

a)      Technical proposal, in response to the requirements outlined in the service requirements / TORs that shall include:

  • Copy of organization’s registration certificate;
  • Company profile (short info up to 1 page) including experience in similar assignments;
  • List of clients and similar material produced;
  • Detailed technical specifications of offered goods. Please insert it in the dedicated column in the Price Quotation Form.

       b)    Price quotation in MDL, to be submitted strictly in accordance with the price quotation form (attached).
