We hereby solicit your quotation for the supply of Medical furniture and supplies named below to Burebista 93, Chisinau, Moldova.
Partial quotations are allowed under this RFQ. Note: Partial quotation means that the bidder does not have to offer all requested commodity types to submit a complete quotation. However, within each commodity type, full quantities must be offered.
The goods are to be delivered a maximum of 4 weeks to the UNFPA office with the address below upon issuing of PO. The quotation shall be valid at least for 30days after the closing date.
Destination: Burebista 93, Chisinau, Moldova
Place: Chisinau, Moldova
Note: The transportation cost should be included in the price of the quotation.

Please submit your quotation with a catalog or picture of each item quoted for.
Please submit your quotation in MDL currency. Conversion of currency into the UNFPA preferred currency, if the offer is quoted differently from what is required, shall be based only on the UN Operational Exchange Rate prevailing at the time of competition deadline. UNFPA is excepted from VAT and quotations should be submitted without VAT.
Your earliest submission to this Request for Quotation would be highly appreciated, with a deadline no later than Extension: 20 April 2022, 22:00 hours, Moldova time.
