IDLO Moldova: Request for Quotation for Supply, Delivery, and Installation of ICT Equipment

International Development Law Organization (IDLO) is an intergovernmental organization exclusively devoted to promoting the rule of law. Established in 1983, IDLO works to enable governments and empower people to reform laws and strengthen institutions to promote peace, justice, sustainable development, and economic opportunity. Its programs, research, and policy advocacy cover the spectrum of rule of law from peace and institution building to social development and economic recovery in countries emerging from conflict and striving towards democracy. IDLO has its Headquarters in Rome, a Branch Office in The Hague, Liaison Offices for the United Nations in New York and Geneva, and Country Offices in Afghanistan, Armenia, the Bahamas, Burkina Faso, Honduras, Indonesia, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Jordan, Liberia, Mali, Moldova, Mongolia, Myanmar, Niger, the Philippines, Somalia, Tunisia, Uganda, and Ukraine.

At this moment, The Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), with the support of the International Development Law Organization (IDLO), launched the implementation of the “Supporting Moldova’s Independent Anti-Corruption Advisory Committee” project, which aims to strengthen Moldova’s capacity for more inclusive and accountable governance through implementation of sector-specific anti-corruption legislation and regulatory reforms. In order to foster effective planning, execution, and administration by the Independent Anti-Corruption Advisory Committee (CCIA), IDLO will advance the operationalization of the CCIA Secretariat by providing technical, logistical, and administrative support.

Under this project, IDLO is issuing a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Supply, Delivery, and Installation of ICT Equipment. The attached RFQ contains all the necessary information for interested Offerors.   

Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their offers are received by IDLO in accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions described in this RFQ. Failure to adhere with instructions described in this RFQ may lead to disqualification of an offer from consideration.  

Deadline for Submission of Quotation:

On or before Date: December 16, 2021

Time: 15:00 hours Rome, Italy local time
