Extended submission deadline for RFQ # 2004-15 for Provision of Strategic Planning Services. Moldova Model Court Initiative Project 

Checchi and Company Consulting, Inc., (part of Dexis Consulting Group), hereinafter referred to as “Checchi”, is implementing in Moldova the Model Court Initiative Project funded by USAID. The Project is a three-year effort to improve the performance of courts in delivering quality justice services and to improve the connection between courts, communities, and system users.

Checchi is issuing a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the provision of Strategic Planning Services. The attached RFQ contains all the necessary information for interested Offerors.

Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their offers are received by Checchi in accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions described in this RFQ. Failure to adhere with instructions described in this RFQ may lead to disqualification of an offer from consideration.

Offer Deadline and Submission: Offers must be received no later than 23:59 Chisinau time on December 10, 2021 by email to moldova@dexisonline.com.

Please reference the RFQ number and title in any response to this RFQ. Offers received after the specified time and date will be considered late and will be considered only at the discretion of Checchi.

Questions regarding the technical or administrative requirements of this RFQ may be submitted no later than 18:00 Chisinau time on December 07, 2021 by email to moldova@dexisonline.com.
