Extended deadline. Moldova Model Court Initiative Project: RFQ # 2004-12 for Provision of Communication and Customer Service Training Services 

Checchi and Company Consulting, Inc., (part of Dexis Consulting Group), hereinafter referred to as “Checchi”, is implementing in Moldova the Model Court Initiative Project funded by USAID. The goal of the project is to assist the Government of Moldova to improve the efficiency, performance, and quality of court services based on best international practices and in line with international excellence standards for court services.   

Checchi is issuing a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the provision of Communication and Customer Service Training Services. The attached RFQ contains all the necessary information for interested Offerors.   

Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their offers are received by Checchi in accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions described in this RFQ. Failure to adhere with instructions described in this RFQ may lead to disqualification of an offer from consideration.  

Offer Deadline and Submission: Offers must be received no later than 18:00 local time on November 18, 2021 by email to moldova@dexisonline.com 

Please reference the RFQ number in any response to this RFQ. Offers received after the specified time and date will be considered late and will be considered only at the discretion of Checchi.  

Questions regarding the technical or administrative requirements of this RFQ may be submitted no later than 18:00 local time on November 16, 2021 by email to moldova@dexisonline.com
