Extended submission deadline for RFP # 2004-01 for Provision of Office Furniture and Related Installation Services. Moldova Model Court Initiative Project

Checchi and Company Consulting, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Checchi”) is implementing in Moldova the Model Court Initiative Project funded by USAID. The goal of the project is to assist the Government of Moldova to improve the efficiency, performance, and quality of court services based on best international practices and in line with international excellence standards for court services.   

Checchi and Company Consulting, Inc. is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Provision of Office Furniture and Related Installation Services. The attached RFP contains all the necessary information for interested Offerors.   

Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their offers are received by Checchi in accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions described in this RFP. Failure to adhere with instructions described in this RFP may lead to disqualification of an offer from consideration.  

Offer Deadline and Submission: Offers must be received no later than 23:59 Chisinau time on October 11, 2021 by email to moldova@checchiconsulting.com 

Please reference the RFP number in any response to this RFP. Offers received after the specified time and date will be considered late and will be considered only at the discretion of Checchi.  

Mandatory Site Visit of the Checchi/MCI office at Bucuresti 106 str., Chisinau, Moldova will be conducted on October 04, 2021, between 09:00 and 17:00. 

Questions regarding the technical or administrative requirements of this RFP may be submitted no later than 18:00 local time on October 05, 2021 by email to moldova@checchiconsulting.com
