Extended submission deadline for RFQ # 2004-09 for Provision of IT equipment (Equipment for simultaneous/live translation) for model court. Moldova Model Court Initiative Project

Dexis Consulting Group (hereinafter referred to as “Dexis”) is implementing in Moldova the Model Court Initiative Project funded by USAID. The goal of the project is to assist the Government of Moldova to improve the efficiency, performance, and quality of court services based on best international practices and in line with international excellence standards for court services.

Dexis Consulting Group is issuing a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Provision of IT equipment (equipment for simultaneous/live translation) for model courts. The attached RFQ contains all the necessary information for interested Offerors.   

Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their offers are received by Dexis in accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions described in this RFQ. Failure to adhere with instructions described in this RFQ may lead to disqualification of an offer from consideration.  

Offer Deadline and Submission: Offers must be received no later than 17:00 local time on September 30, 2021 by email to moldova@dexisonline.com. 

Please reference the RFQ number in any response to this RFQ. Offers received after the specified time and date will be considered late and will be considered only at the discretion of Dexis.  

Questions regarding the technical or administrative requirements of this RFQ may be submitted no later than 17:00 local time on September 28, 2021 by email to moldova@dexisonline.com.
