Call for Tenders-Purchase of communication and visibility services for the launch of the digital radio platform for children

The Council of Europe Project „Promoting European standards in the audiovisual regulation of the Republic of Moldova” is launching a competitive bidding for purchase of communication and visibility services for the upcoming launch of the digital radio platform for children, developed with Council of Europe support and Teleradio-Moldova, “Zuper.”
Please find enclosed the Tender File, as well as the Act of Engagement with relevant information concerning the tender call.
We invite you to submit your proposal by latest – 17th of August 2021 (including). Tender files shall be submitted by e-mail only to this e-mail address: ana.chiriac@coe.int
Please read carefully the attached documents. Any deviation from the rules will exclude the tenderer from the tender.
