The purpose of the sub-grant is to recruit a civil society/research partner that will implement the Sentinel Indicators Activity. The goal of the Sentinel Indicators Activity is to support the civil society efforts in monitoring the decentralization reforms in the Republic of Moldova and to advance the use of sentinel indicators for monitoring the decentralization reforms and observing trends related to the LPA development.
