Aiming to assess the baseline and test the initial assumptions for an ongoing project, the National Democratic Institute (NDI) in Moldova seeks to contract a research vendor that would carry out one national survey in the Republic of Moldova.
Description of the assignment
NDI wants to explore citizen’s perceptions and attitudes towards a series of issues, as well as to understand particular views and preferences of different categories of population. The survey shall allow analysis according to the following categorization: urban/rural population, age categories, geographic areas (North, Center, South), language, income.
NDI considers two methods for conducting the national survey: online panel surveys and computer-assisted telephone interviews (CATI).

Timeline of the assignment
The survey is expected to be conducted in the period April - May 2021. The exact timeline will be discussed and finalized with the successful bidder.
