Moldova Model Court Project: RFQ nr.: EJ/MCP-2004-01 for Provision of IT equipment

Checchi and Company Consulting, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Checchi”) is implementing in Moldova the Effective Justice – Model Court Project funded by USAID. The goal of the Effective Justice – Model Court Project is to assist the Government of Moldova to implement a Model Court Project (MCP) program aimed at improving the efficiency, performance, and quality of court services based on best international practices and in line with international excellence standards for court services.  

Checchi and Company Consulting, Inc. is issuing a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the provision of IT equipment for office needs. The attached RFQ contains all the necessary information for interested Offerors.  

Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their offers are received by Checchi in accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions described in this RFQ.  Failure to adhere with instructions described in this RFQ may lead to disqualification of an offer from consideration. 

Offer Deadline and Submission: Offers must be received no later than 17:00 Moldova time on March 31, 2021 by email to moldova@checchiconsulting.com  

Please reference the RFQ number in any response to this RFQ. Offers received after the specified time and date will be considered late and will be considered only at the discretion of Checchi. 

Questions regarding the technical or administrative requirements of this RFQ may be submitted no later than 17:00 Moldova time on March 29, 2021 by email to moldova@checchiconsulting.com
