Seeking expressions of interest - Tender for Software Procurement for Comunitatea Mea Citizen Information and Service Centers (CISC)
Tetra Tech, a subcontractor to the International Research & Exchanges Board (IREX), under the USAID Comunitatea Mea (CM) Program, is looking for a competent and experienced software development provider to submit a proposal to equip the Citizen Information and Service Centers (CISCs) in five Local Public Authorities in Moldova with software for an integrated document management system (IDMS). The CISCs will be established in five LPAs assisted under the Comunitatea Mea Program.
Interested providers must submit expressions of interest to moldovacmprocurement@tetratech.com with the name of the provider, along with the name and email address of the primary point of contact by May 8th, 2020.
- All interested providers will receive a complete Request for Proposals (RfP) and will be provided an opportunity to ask questions.
- Proposals in response to the RfP requirements will be due at least 21 days after the RfP is released and in advance of the closing date listed in the RfP. Work under the subject contract is expected to be completed on/around August 1st, 2020.
